- Stamp duty according to the mortgage limit of 2,000 baht per 1 stamp duty, a fraction of 2,000baht equivalent to 1 stamp duty, but not more than 10,000 baht (if the credit limit exceeds 20 million baht pay a fee of 10,000 baht)

The front fee or processing fee is the fee for the loan which will be paid only once and there are no other additional fees throughout the contract period. Property for Cash, we charge a rate of 5% of the Consignment Value, which must not be less than the minimum rate of 32,000 baht.
It is legal because property for cash will only make mortgage and consignment contracts at the land office by the officer of the Land Office
We don’t do other separate contracts. The legal interest rate is no more than 15% per annum, and all proceedings are in accordance with the law in all respects.
Mortgage does not require renewal. Because according to the law, the mortgage contract does not specify the term of the contract. If the borrower pays monthly interest as stipulated in the contract The contract will continue indefinitely and redeemable at any time . For redemption , We will register redemption of property at The Land Department with a fee of 75 baht per contract.
Consignment is usually set for a period of 1 year minimum.Before the expiration of the contract. The borrower should schedule a redemption or renew the contract with the lender ( Should have time for 7-14 days before the expiration of the contract.) .
For redemption at the land office, A fee of approximately 75 baht will be charged together with redemption fee approximately 0.9% of the appraised value
